  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    ✓ Check-in from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM 

    ✓ Check-out until 11:00 AM

    If you want to check in or check out earlier or later than usual, you can make a special request at the time of booking.

    Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed. If checking in or checking out earlier or later than usual is essential to your travel plans, we recommend that you review the cancellation options before booking.

  • Are early check-in and late check-out available during my stay?

    Early check-in service is available as long as we don’t have a previous reservation for the same room. For this reason, we recommend checking availability upon arrival, as we may not always be able to guarantee it in advance.


    Late check-out service is available as long as we don’t have a reservation scheduled for the same room that day. For this reason, it’s important to check with our team on the day of your departure to confirm availability. This service may incur additional charges depending on the requested time and the hotel’s overall availability. 


    Our team will be happy to assist you and provide the best possible option based on your needs.

  • Are pets allowed?

    To ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that pets are not brought onto the premises.

  • Is luggage storage available?

    We offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, so you can enjoy your time in the city without worries. Depending on the schedule, duration, and specific situation, this service may incur additional charges. We recommend checking with our customer service team to learn about the conditions that may apply to your case.

  • Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

    Cancellations and modifications can be made up to 48 hours before your arrival without any charges. Please check our policy for more details.
  • Is there a shuttle service to the airport?

    Currently, there is not an airport shuttle service  at ColivINN Plaza Mayor.



  • Is there an elevator in the building?

    Yes, there is an elevator available for guests.

  • Does the building have its own parking?

    Unfortunately, ColivINN Plaza Mayor does not have on-site parking. However, our team can assist you with nearby parking options if needed.

  • Are there any additional charges during my stay?

    A temporary authorization hold is always applied during the stay, and it is  released after check-out.
